A girl and her secrets
"That's right; I'm still not telling!"
Maybe Katie's pulling my leg after all. I'm not seeing the changes in her vulva that I would expect to see in a ewe due at the end of this week. Maybe she will hold out until the end of the month. That would mean not going on our Memorial Day horse-camping trip; sigh. From the size of her, Katie had better break her track record of having singles, though, or she's going to have one scary-big lamb! Girls, Katie; girls.
That's it for now from . . .

What a wonderful series of images of a boy and his sheep!
Beautiful pictures of Brian and your ewe! I hate to say it but Katie doesn't look anywhere near close to lambing. I hope I'm wrong and she gives you plenty of time for your horse-back camping trip. OR...I could go in your place!!!
;-)
Unfortunately I think you're right about Katie, Nancy. But I can still HOPE that she'll "blossom" in the next few days and deliver this weekend!
Oh, and that's Brian's WETHER, Browning. :-)
Love the sheep kisses one!
Nice pictures :-)

Brian and his sheep both look very happy! Really cute pictures. I wish you luck with Katie so you can go on your trip....

That udder has a way to go before lambs hit the ground - or at least from that angle it looks like she's not close yet.
Sigh. I will keep thoughts and prayers headed your direction for both girls and twins, Michelle.
Very cute pics of Brian and his sheep...he looks like a character out of a "Tom Sawyer" novel. :)
I thought you guys weren't going to Mt. Adams because Rick is on-call that weekend.
Lorie, I found out that Rick is on call that weekend after I did this post, so I guess it all works out.
I absolutely love the boy and his sheep pictures. Brian is one lucky little boy and he probably doesn't know it yet.
All your pics are great... your artsy iris shot was my fav in the flower bunch. Self-deadheading petunias... sweet! And seeing your son with his wether reminds me of one of our friendly, almost dog-like, wethers. Too cute. :)
