Close to heaven

That's what we think of clouds -- they're up there close to heaven. So is THIS "cloud" -- beautiful, soft, silvery grey mohair cloud from Bill Withers. This box arrived from dear Lauren yesterday, and I can't wait to spin it! (Thank-you, Lauren and Bill!) I have in mind to ply a single of it with two singles of the red Wensleydale I just finished spinning; doesn't that sound lovely? Of COURSE I'll show it to you....

That's it for now at . . .

Michelle, How beautiful!!!! And such a lovely color. Your iris are unbelievably beautiful. One of my favorite flowers. If we stay where we are I'm putting out a bunch. But, nothing I have ever seen compares to yours.

That's one good lookin' goat if I do say so myself.

Oh, and if I had known you'd post a picture of the box and all its accoutrements, I would have pulled down the gift wrap box to find some prettier tissue. I already had this one out for wrapping the blue socks I made for my MIL for Mother's Day. I am so embarrassed at my incredibly bad matching. The card looks pretty though.

Actually, I thought the tissue you chose looks nice with my blog colors! You COULD have picked a coordinating card, though. Ha!
