An affair to remember

Yesterday evening we attended a wedding - such a wedding! The bride was the only child of one of Rick's long-time clients; she was probably about Brian's age when her parents began using Rick for their veterinary work. He remembers her telling him a joke in which the punchline involved her spitting in his hand; she's come a long way, baby (I think this means there's hope for Brian)!

The weather was perfect, the setting was beautiful, the dinner delicious. The cost - I can't begin to imagine!
