If I get to them, two-at-a-time toe-up socks on Magic Loop from this lovely heathery green wool/acrylic. I had this cone in my stash, and realized when sock fever hit me that it should make dandy footwear. I've wound up two 58-gram balls of it to take with me.That's it for now from . . .

Funny. I was just thinking today that I'd like to add learning to knit toe-up socks, two at a time, to my list of retirement thingg. I'd like to see if I can't use up some of the many partial balls.

Back in the sixties we lived in Miami, Okla. as newlyweds from Ohio. He was a Chemist for Goodrich. We weren't far from Joplin, Mo. and would drive there for a wonderful catfish supper.
