Thanks, everyone, and Happy Anniversary to you, Kim! Marie, I certainly made enough for everyone in THIS family. :-) Jackie, years ago my MIL mailed one to my husband for his birthday (apparently she didn't think her DIL was capable). She wrapped it in plastic wrap and cushioned it with air-popped popcorn, and it arrived in good shape!
