Our internet has been spotty to non-existent for awhile now, but I think we finally have that resolved. I've been keeping my fingers busy, of course, but if you'll excuse me, I need to start wading through hundreds of emails and catch up on blogs!

I wondered where you were! Sometimes forces beyond us make an enforced break from our usual routine. 'Course, then when we're back in business, catching up can seem monumental. Absolutely gorgeous knitting!!

Thanks, Mama Pea and A, it's nice to be missed, but being offline was getting frustrating! I'm not a big fan of cowls, but I didn't have enough of this lovely chain-played (on my spindles!) yarn for much else. And it really is working up deliciously.

It was like you and I switched worlds or something - you weren’t posting and I was posting every other day. Hahaha! Apparently there was only enough energy in the world for one of us to post a time and I was using it all up!!

Beautiful knitting project! I-net is iffy here as well; I despise Hughes Net and would love someone else. Any recommendations? The landline goes out more often than I do so that's not an option either.

Sandra, we've happily used a local company for years; it is no fault of theirs that trees have grown up on others' property and our equipment no longer has line-of-sight to the tower. We've actually joined a neighborhood network that an engineer has set up; that it is a personal network worries me a bit but there really aren't other options. We no longer have a landline....
I'm glad you got your internet back! It would be a challenge to have to lose it permanently - for all of us!
I'm so thankful you are back with us! We do depend a lot on our "toys" don't we!??
Our internet and TV were off most of Tuesday. At least we were gone most of the day!
The cowl you're making is lovely! How about modeling it for us when it's finished?
