Yesterday was Distaff Day. Goodness knows I need to be saved from being idle (ha!), so I picked up my too-long-idle spindle project (Gotland fiber from Franna, Jenkins olivewood Aegean) and spun for awhile last night.
I intended to do some spinning New Year's Day, but never got around to it. I hope that doesn't say anything about the amount spinning I do in 2013!
That's it for today from . . .

This spindle is really great. I hope to have something like this one day.
I like very much your comment about yourself. Especially this part, that you are 'knitting shepherd who loves the Great Shepherd'.
Blessings from Poland
Welcome, Healthy; I'm honored to have a visitor from Poland! Sounds like we are "sisters" - in Christ. :-)
I did do some combing - pretty Shetland fleece - yesterday, but whew.... Yours is beautiful!
I was rather pleased with how the photos turned out. :-)
Dang. I forgot about Distaff Day.
Yes, we are!! :)
