More squirrelling

Yesterday, with Rick's help, I added 14 quarts of applesauce to the pantry, and started a batch of crockpot apple butter which got put into jars this morning.

There's still more apples out there; I'd like to do one more batch of apple pie filling.

Wow, that's a lot of applesauce! Don't you share some of that abundance with your horses and sheep?
