Our pastures may be in their annual summer tan phase, but there is still plenty of green to be seen.
Green foliage in the flowerbeds (freshened by a little rain):
Green eggs on green hay:
Snap peas and turnip greens (with turnips attached), all destined for last night's supper:
Hope none of this makes you "green"! ;-)

Jealous. That flower just reminds me how remarkably beautiful colors can be in west coast light. We don't see color like that here in the midwest.

Those dahlias are absolutely stunning. And I am very "green" at the fact that you're harvesting from your garden already. It's a long way off in these parts!
