Boy, you really did get sucker punched, didn't you? Two so close together! I'm glad you have the photos, but it's not the same as having her here, is it? I pray that the Good Shepherd keeps you close in his arms, as he's doing with Benny, too.

So Sorry to hear of another loss for you. I went out this morning and found one of my ewes with bottle jaw. Treated her and several others...just in case. Hoping for the best.
Don't know the circumstances with Benny, but do know that we do the best that we can as shepherd's to our flocks. Things just happen.
