This morning on my way up from barn chores, I spotted my lambs – outside their pasture, of course. They were being "helpful," pruning my prune tree. /-: (Fortunately that tree is sporting a bumper crop; there will be plenty left for us.) That prompted me to take photos for a garden update, as I needed to set water up there anyway.
No sign of carrots yet, but the bush beans are sprouting:
Some of my hills are still barren; others are sporting a great germination rate:
There are blooms and even fruit setting on some of the starts I put in:
And the berries are all looking good!
(In full disclosure, some of the props may have disappeared after this photo shoot.)

After or during the photo shoot???? They all look wonderful. Makes me jealous.
Lambs are looking great, berries are too
Full disclosure? Haha! What a hoot!
Those berries look luscious!
Ha ha! Love the disclosure; glad you waited until AFTER the photo shoot! Beautiful photos!
LOL. The berries look so delicious!! Great pictures of the new growth.
FFG, do you see my fingers in there? It was AFTER. ;-)
Audrey, I blocked more of the holes the lambs were slipping through and they yelled the rest of the day like they were being weaned, the spoiled things!
RK, I wouldn't want you to think there would be any left if you came over. ;-)
They were, Sherry!
Thanks, Maureen.
Glad you enjoyed the photos, Nancy Kay (and they were!).
