Thanks Michelle, I needed a reminder of Spring - even if it is still 2-3 months away for me. Today I put small square bales of straw on my sled and slid them easily to the barn, grateful for the snow overnight :o)
Christine, those are actually flowering plum buds. I don't have any redbud trees, but those I've seen on our hill are even farther along than my flowering plum!
