Trumpery

(The title is a very old word that couldn't be more relevant.)

I just deleted what some might call a rant, and others might call a sermon; maybe it was a little of both. But since now more than ever before, everyone has their mind made up and nothing, not even facts and photos, can dissuade them of their opinion, there is no point in sharing mine. So I will just post some pretty photos of our view from the past several mornings, and take comfort that “He Who is the Faithful Witness to all these things says, ‘Yes, I am coming soon!’’ Then repeat with John, “Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!” Revelation 22:20

That's it for now from . . .

Great pics and you know if you want to send a rant through, I'm just an e-mail away.
Strange scary times we live in.

The times ... they are a-chang'en ... and not in a good way I fear.

And rant your heart out. This is your blog, your opinion and your personal space! Go for it, girl!! :-)

What Retired Knitter said. Of course it is a valid choice to keep your blog free of politics, but this is your blog - you get to write about what is most important to you - what YOU want to write about.

Yes, if you feel like ranting, rant. If you decide it's better not to, that's fine, too.

I don't know what any of us can do that will actually have any effect except to keep the hope that truly honest, morally upstanding, good people will run for office . . . and that someday they will have the chance of being elected. The other thing is to not dwell on all the ugliness out there and be the best we can personally be.

My favorite photo is the last one - I love the light. And we need to stand in the light now. The Dark Ages are once again upon us. I agree with everyone else. If you need to rant or sermonize, then you just go ahead and do it. While we still have the right to free speech.

Beautiful photos Michelle. Thanks for sharing them.

These are different times, for all of us. There is reason for concern.

Still, sharing a smile...keeping some good in each day is just fine.
That and talking to your sheep, riding your favorite horse and blogging.

So, will there be lambs upcoing??
