In like a lamb

After the warmest February on record, I can't say we're surprised. Spring has definitely sprung here.


It would have been fun for March to come in with lambs, but I'm fairly confident it will go out with lambs. (It better; I'm going to a women's retreat the first weekend in April.)

Speaking of lambs, I haven't seen any fetal movement in either Vienna or Sarai. I love to see those big rolls and little flutter kicks, so I'm a bit put out. The teenagers still leap and run like lambs, though, so I'm really not deprived. ;-)

For those of you suffering through a lion-like start to March, here is a photo of something more appropriate for your neck of the woods.
My second California Poppies Hat (based on this pattern), finished last night.

Oohh! Flowers and grass....oh how I hope your weather migrates our way sooon! I'm sooo tired of snow here in Ohio:(
