Eggscellent day

Another day of lovely sunshine; our first seven-egg day in a long time; a finished object. Best of all, I had a mostly pleasant, cooperative student in my son, and a completely lovely student in my horse!
That's it for today from . . .

Ugh...all our flowers are under 2-3 feet of snow! I am going to plant bulbs in pots and force them in the house this week though....we need a lift! Glad you had such a productive week. :)

Wow, those look like big eggs!! Glad your hens are getting into gear - I could use some more eggs soon. :)
Hasn't the sunshine been awesome? I love it.

Sounds like a good day! So jealous of the green growing things. We are months away from any flowers.

We have snowdrops blooming in our yard too, silly little things. Don't ya just love "first eggs" - BIG ones and little bitty ones... They crack me up - those hens must be thinking, well, I'm not going to do THAT again... ha ha ha...Love your new skirt - I started to Navajo ply a bobbin of Kathy Green Roving last week at guild and then my singles broke, so I stopped - now I'm going to have to watch a U-Tube and remember how to get started again. I need to get the bobbins cleared so I can get started on another 6 oz. of "Donna roving" for The Shepherd's next vest. Hope your trip went well. T.

Thanks for your comments, Michelle! Nice to see you - and thank you for becoming a Follower (I always think it sounds a bit sinister!!)

What wonderful photos! So perfect because winter's dullness is making my eyes hungry for pretty things to look at. You've been the best pick-me-up today so far. :)
