Heavy breathing

This morning at choretime, the breeding group was acting unsettled. No one was much interested in hay again (last night they hadn't finished Tuesday morning's hay), Nightcap was breathing heavily, and the ewes were all acting scared of him. Hmmm; someone must be coming into (or out of) heat!

Since I couldn't get Annabelle off by herself for her morning grain, I just watched for awhile. After pursuing the girls into and out of the Ram-ada Inn several times, Nightcap stopped outside and just peeked in. "Nice picture!" thought I.

Then someone joined him for a tête-à-tête.
;-)

Date duly noted on the calendar at . . .

Michelle,

How sweet are their faces peaking through the gate.

I hope you have little ones soon.
