Making a dent

Last night I wound off my third skein of Browning 2-ply. As you can see, I still have plenty of roving to spin! But with around 18 ounces of yarn done, I feel like I'm finally making progress. I like making progress.  ;-)

Now I'm back to spinning singles for awhile. I'm still working on the "Bubblegum" wool/alpaca roving with my Olive Aegean spindle, too. I think about knitting often, but the urge to finish these spinning projects is stronger.

Here are photos from the garden taken this morning – some color to balance all that brown!

That's it for today, from . . .

It might be brown but it is such a beautiful brown! :D And look at those grapes... and are those squash blossoms? Hey, 18 oz of yarn is nothing to sneeze at! :D
Hugs and enjoy the weekend my dear friend!
