Ok, Im ready to come to Oregon. I miss the ocean so much. Beautiful pictures. I can almost hear the surf crashing on the sand. I love the Pacific coast, guess I was born to it :)

I love the ocean... That is why I stayed on the West Coast after I got out of the Navy instead of going back to the mid-west...

What a wonderful location for a retreat. I wish we were about two hours closer to the beach. We don't get there as much as we would like.

Looks like you had a nice time at the beach Michelle. Wish I could have gone too, maybe next time. Love that picture of the beaver-chewed stump! I like the starfish too. Makes me want to go to the beach!

thanks for sharing the photos, Michelle. I missed the ocean on this last trip to NZ - only traveling on the bay from Auckland to Devonport, so I never got my "ocean fix".
And I love all the pictures of flowers you've posted lately. We won't have that for another month or so here and it's great to see those colors!
(Haven't blogged due to treating a wether who sliced open a shoulder last Sunday requiring an emergency trip to the vet's, sttches and staples. :( )

I miss the Oregon coast and for just the reasons your photos show, and they can't provide the sounds and smells. Maybe this year~

Gorgeous photos - I can just hear the surf and smell the water. I'm sure your weekend was delightful :)
I've never been to the west coast (ocean) maybe someday.......nor have I ever seen a sea star...what an interesting looking creature.
The flowers are so pretty - nothing green or growing here yet....soon :)
