Tagged for "Eight things"

I was tagged for this meme twice, and have been occasionally mulling over my answers while trying to keep up with the seasonal madness. Once most of the deadline knitting was finished, and our Christmas cards were sent out, I had time to sit down and finish my thoughts. (Since I'm scheduling this to post while we are out of town, the "8 Things I Did Today" represent a typical day at Boulderneigh, not what I am actually doing right now in Nebraska.)

I did that 8 things thing too. Only mine were gross.

Woot! We got ourselves a boatload of snow! Snow was just INVENTED for Collies! I really love playing in the snow with The Woman, especially when I knock her on her butt. She makes this great THUMP noise. I keep telling her if she would get me my own sheep she wouldn't have to freeze her butt out there with me.

Every dog is the perfect dog, some just arent to the perfect stage yet; just ask Jackson, bet he'll tell you he's perfect :)

I should post photos and descriptions of my home made sheep cage that I use to transport a small number of Shetlands in the bed of my truck. It is made of hog panels and wire ties. It is covered with a 6' x 10' canvas tarp. I have used this cage for 3 years now. I can load the cage and tie it down by myself, but it is easier to position it with one person on each side of the truck. The cage is 6' x 4' and there is room for a couple of small bales behind it if you set them in the truck bed on end. (I do have a full sized 8 ft bed on my truck.)

Loved your post on Eight Things about you and I could relate to nearly everyone except having Grapefruit as one of your favorite foods....eck But everyone is different :)
