My one-of-a-kind calendar

Today I got the one, the ONLY 2009 Boulderneigh Shetland Sheep calendar. It turned out very nicely, if I do say so myself! Only one of the several photos considered too low-resolution for good print quality showed some pixelation, so next year I will proceed with confidence and offer some for sale. Since this one was just for me, I had all my friends' and family members' birthdays printed in it to help me more easily remember to send greetings.(Sorry, Tammy; my heart will always claim "my sweet Valentine," even though she's yours now. :-)

And for those of you who wanted to know where I sent Braveheart's fleece samples, I put the info in the comments of this post. I look forward to sending in samples from all six sheep come spring!

That's it for now at . . .

Well, it looks beautiful... what photo did you use for our month?

That is too cool. We're doing one for my dad of our pets since he misses them now that I'm out of the house.

Lovely to visit you at last, Michelle:)

When I read your comment in my last post I thought you lived in the Shetland Isles, in the north of Scotland. so, i told you about my relatives in Orkney. But now that I see you live in Oregan, I can tell you I have relatives, decendants of those Orcadians, there too :)

I like your Boulderneigh sheep with their long woolly coats. Great name for where you live :)

Glad the calendar was a success. At least now you know if things need to be done differently. I was real happy with mine last year.

Good looking calendar, Michelle! Valentine and Rechel (as well as I'm sure Bella and Bevin) have a special place only for you in their hearts too! :)

Beautiful calendar! Where did you have it done?

Hi Deborah, the calendar was printed by VistaPrint.com. They were easy, fast and reasonable (but I did get an email special).
